We want you to feel at home. These rules help care for the space and respect our neighbours.
Guests and visitors
Up to six guests, all included in the booking. Tell us about any changes to your group. Visitors require prior permission.
A peaceful stay for everyone
No parties or events. Please respect the neighbours throughout the day. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, including on the balconies.
Smoking on the balconies only
Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. On the balconies, keep the doors closed, use an ashtray and avoid disturbing neighbours.
Your pets are welcome
Calm pets are welcome, provided they do not disturb neighbours or damage the home. Owners must maintain hygiene and take responsibility for any damage caused. Applicable assistance animal rights remain unaffected.
Pool, balconies and shared spaces
Follow the notices displayed in the condominium. Supervise children at the pool, on stairs and balconies. Avoid running on wet surfaces and taking glass near the pool.
Taking care of the home
Tell us about faults, damage or lost keys. Keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioning and switch it off when leaving. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
Before you leave
Leave used dishes washed or in the running dishwasher and dispose of rubbish in the designated places. Close windows and doors, switch off lights and air conditioning, and return the keys as agreed. We take care of normal cleaning and linens.
