Room to rest
Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One full bathroom and a separate WC with a toilet and washbasin. Stays are limited to six guests, without use of the sofa bed.
Balconies and a private rooftop terrace
Two spacious balconies and the entire rooftop terrace for guests’ exclusive use. The rooftop is accessed directly from the apartment and has furniture and protective railings.
A pool throughout the year
Shared outdoor pool, open year-round during condominium opening hours. There is a lawn for your towel; there is no children’s section or poolside sun loungers.
Everyday comforts
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, fibre Wi-Fi, a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is available.
Access and parking
The entrance is on the first floor of the building, with no lift. All three bedrooms are on the same level as the entrance door. The duplex has internal stairs. Street parking has no reserved space and is usually easy outside the busiest summer months.
Family stays
Children are welcome within the total limit of six guests. A cot and high chair are not provided.
