Request and confirmation

Requests require host approval and do not guarantee availability. After approval, the dates are held for 24 hours to make the full bank transfer and upload proof.

Payment

The host reviews the payment proof. Your booking is confirmed only after receipt is verified. Without proof by the deadline, the dates are released.

Cancellation

Direct bookings have a non-refundable rate. You may request cancellation and an exceptional full or partial refund, subject to the host’s review, without any guarantee of acceptance. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Bookings made through Booking or Holidu follow the conditions agreed on those platforms.
