The data we use

We use contact, booking and payment information to manage your stay. At check-in, we collect identification details and, where applicable, information required for reporting foreign guests to SIBA/UCFE.

The purposes are pre-contractual steps, performance of the booking, legal obligations and protection against fraud and abuse. We do not request selfies or use the data for advertising.

Access, retention and rights

Access is restricted to management and providers needed for hosting and messaging. Data is retained only as necessary for its purpose and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.

Cookies

We use session cookies required for forms and private access. We do not load advertising, embedded maps or analytics. In production, bot protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile.
